The only thing the applicant needs to do is to present his ID card and to identify the company (with the company registration number, for example) whose extract he needs from the Company Register.

If it is a foreign institution that needs an extract from the Company Register from you, or if you need a foreign extract for a Slovak institution, the extract has to be translated by a sworn translator who will bind it together with the original extract. The translation is certified by the round seal and signature of the sworn translator.
